...I don't get it.
Why would anyone want a slave? It's just a way to take away a persons freedom. They'd already done that when we got on this ship, so why the rest now?
What is all about though anyway? Why would be need slaves if there are those faceless things that actually work here? And why other passengers? |

Okay, I think I'm more up to speed now. I found a cocktail recipe book to go by. It's not as hard as I thought it'd be. And they don't all taste that bad.

From what I can tell, there seems to be no way to stop these creatures, beyond hindering them for a short time. They seem to be afraid of the light though, which is good to know. At least there's a way to keep them out for a while.
...I've also heard something about a person who's able to actually beat them, but I don't know if that's true or not.
A bunch of people here seem to know what they are, so they must've come from their world. Would one of you be willing to pass on some information about them? A name at least.
There also seems to be a load of new arrivals here too. If people are able to get aboard, then that should mean we can get off at the same time too.

There are some strange looking creatures on board. I thought they were passengers at the beginning, but then they attacked me. I tried fighting back, but my attacks don't seem to do a thing to them. They seem to be able to disappear and reappear at will, as well as flattening away into dark shapes on the floor.
What are those things? Has anyone else seem them?
And then, just when I thought this place couldn't get any weirder, it snows...inside.
I need to go and get something warmer to wear before my arm seizes up. |

It looks like there's something productive I can do here. I found an old book store that has a mountain of books that could be useful. Seeing as there is little else to do, I should have plenty of time to search these today.
There should be something in them. I can hope at least.
